3 weeks.... weigh day.... Slump : /

What the heck!?!? This is just unfair. I didn't even lose an ounce! I am officially upset. I know I should stay positive but its very disappointing!

But oh well. I will continue with my juicing and just hope for the best. Maybe I will try some new juices. I am gonna make up a new meal plan I think and let you all know how I get on.

Good luck juicers!! I hope you have had a better week than I did!!

  1. Awww! If it makes you feel better, I weighed myself yesterday for the first time in a year thinking I was around 190. Imagine my shock and sadness when it was over 200. :( (That means that I probably was closer to 215 when I started. Yikes for me!)

But I know I"m doing this for all the right reasons. I'm doing it to rid myself of old patterns, I'm doing it to be healthier and to change how I eat in the long run. I still have no idea how much longer I'll be doing this... But I'm on day 18 today and I don't have any plans to stop.

    Some things to consider:
Are you juicing too many fruits? They are high in sugar and can slow weightloss. I put a line on my juicing bowl to indicate 20% so I could juice my fruits and then my veggies and keep it below 20%.

Have you done any other detoxifying? Any colon cleanses or enemas? I am going to try the Salt Flush next week after I check with my acupuncturist to see if it's a good idea.

Another detox method is found here: http://www.wikihow.com/Take-a-Detox-Bath. I did that and was SUPER dizzy right afterwards so be careful! Lots of water is helpful if you do it.

My guess is there there is just some freak out on your body's part. "Wait! I need to hold onto all this weight! I can't survive if I don't!" And if you can keep going, change things up, do a little detoxing, your body will just let it all go and you'll realize that you've lost a ton more out of the blue!

Stick with it! You can do it... :)
