Hello Day..... ummmmm......

So weigh day was yesterday! And I am down 4 lbs!

Yaaaay!! God knows why that one week I stayed the same but I am glad I shifted some this week.

I have been ridiculously busy this past week and my son and I caught a cold so I have not been signed into my blog to update things. I seriously cant even remember what exact day it is, I will have to figure that out when I am not so fuzzy minded .

I am thankful for all your comments and I do try to keep up with them all but if I do miss anyone I am sorry. Its lovely to have support out there and its great for others to read words of encouragement too! Keep it up coz I love reading it all!

I am still kind of sick but I am about to put my son down for his nap and I am gonna to the Biggest Loser Challenge on my wii!! Hopefully I can manage it without falling down or something!!

The juicing is still going great but I made a mistake AGAIN by going out and not taking juice with me.... so guys I will be honest.... I ate 3 bites of a banana!! :( I am shamed!! lol. I really had to though, I was shaking and felt really sick so I had to. I felt guilty at the time but not so much any more since I am clearly losing weight!

Anyway keep on juicing everyone and keep up the great work! or if your just starting let us know!! Its great to hear your stories!!!

3 weeks.... weigh day.... Slump : /

What the heck!?!? This is just unfair. I didn't even lose an ounce! I am officially upset. I know I should stay positive but its very disappointing!

But oh well. I will continue with my juicing and just hope for the best. Maybe I will try some new juices. I am gonna make up a new meal plan I think and let you all know how I get on.

Day 20

So it has been almost a week since I updated my blog! Woops!! I had what seemed the busiest week of my life last week! Babies were coming out my ears.... I was dreaming of them. For those of you who havn't read that part of my blog I take care of some babies during the week. So its babies babies babies in my house!!

I am totally disappointed by this week. I sneakily weighed myself and I have not lost anything. I stayed the exact same weight. At least I am not gaining I know but geeeez all I have been consuming is liquid!  But I will try and feel ok about it. Someone who read my blog commented and told me not to stress because something great will be happening inside my body and maybe I will be losing inches. Silly me didn't measure myself when I started but I will first thing tomorrow. I am so tired after my days that exercise is the last thing on my mind. I neeeeed to get a start on that asap!

Apart from my disappointing weight report, the actual juicing is going great. I am enjoying the new recipes I found. The ones with Green cabbage in them are surprisingly nice! I was thinking they'd taste kinda yucky with juiced cabbage but they were yums!

Anyway I will report back tomorrow with my weight... but I know it will not have budged. I got my workout wii game in the mail today so I am on it tomorrow!! Yeeeehaaaaa!! If anything I am feeling great so that's gotta count for something!

Drink a Rainbow a Day! :)

Below is the guide for the "Drink a Rainbow a Day" rule that you should follow whilst juicing!

Reboot Daily Guide

Wake up: Drink 2 glasses of hot water
 (we suggest adding lemon and/or ginger)

Breakfast : Go Orange or Red
Mid-Morning: Drink 16 oz. unflavored coconut water 
Lunch: Go Green
Afternoon snack: Go Green or Red
Dinner: Go Green
Dessert: Go Purple or Orange
Bedtime: Drink herbal tea
 (with pure stevia for sweetness if desired)
Throughout the day: Drink lots of water

Day 14....weigh day!

So Its day 14! and I only lost 3 lbs 8 oz! I am majorly disappointed in this! I have drank nothing but juice and water and I lose a rubbish 3 lbs! Bleh! Maybe I will just be a slow weight loser : /

Oh well!

So this past couple days have been fine. I buy all my fruit and veg on a monday for the week ahead. For the past 2 weeks I have been following the meal plan on Joe's website and both weeks I have spent $100+  and at the end of the week I have had left over produce and some of it has been wasted coz it went bad. Also some of the recipes I think are incorrect. That's just my opinion of course but some of them are so overwhelming with certain ingredients that I have literally had to down the juice so I didn't hurt my tongue drinking it. For example there is one that the lemon was so over powering it was awful. It must be wrong!! So what I done was went on to the reboot with Joe website, looked at some of the juice recipes and made my own weekly meal plan based on the ones that sounded nicest to me. Of course I stuck with the Rainbow a Day rule. So I made my own meal plan and shopping list, went up to walmart and my groceries were $30 cheaper and my fridge is fuller! GO ME!! So I have some new recipes to try this week and I will let you know how they turn out. Some of them sound soooo yum and others just sounds super nutritious. I'm excited to try them
