Woopidy woooo! I lost 6 lbs this week! So I forgot to keep a track of the ounces in which I weighed when I started but now I know I am 223.8 I can keep an eye on those little ounces that come off.
Well, I am happy and a tad disappointed with the result. I hoped for a little more but I know that 6 lbs is a great result. I did no exercise this past week, just juiced so for doing just that I did pretty good.
Did anyone else start juicing this week or weigh themselves after a week of juicing?? Let us all know... As I have said before it's great to have support out there from anyone and everyone! I absolutely love hearing from you guys. Makes me feel like I am not alone in this big challenge!
Here is to week 2 guys! Woooop!!

ReplyDeleteHi Jen its perfectly normal to hit plateaus, but don't despair, I had a couple during my 39 day reboot, and for like a week the scales didn't move.
But I read somewhere that whilst you do not see the scales move, your body is shifting the visceral bad fat inside, so do not lose heart, I nearly gave up but carried on.
I measured myself when the scales were not moving, and I had lost 19cm off my body in just 4 days!!!!!!!
So when scales don't move, inches do :)
Try not to be too obsessed with the weight thing, and remember all the good things that are going on inside your body that you cannot see :)
My doctor took me off my blood pressure pill after 42 days, it was 100/58!!!!!
Now without the pill I am averaging 116/63!!! :)
Its been 2 weeks now since I stopped the reboot and the pill, and I am juicing all day and having small veggie snacks, then a meal at night, as I want to lose the last
10lbs.(been exactly the same weight for 2 wks!) will start exercising now the weather is starting to cool a bit here in Spain.I will never to go back to my old ways of eating,I feel fantastic! :)
Good luck don't get disheartened.
Happy juicing to a healthy life.
Keep going :)
Regards Helen
Helen thank you so much for your comment!! I really appreciate your message to me. Its nice to hear from someone who has done it that it wont always go the way you want every single week. I guess I had in my mind that every week id lose at least 5 lbs.... I think that's what we all call "wishful thinking" huh? lol
DeleteCongratulations for coming off your meds, that is truly amazing and inspirational! I hope people that have read your story can be inspired to do this and possibly get off any meds they are on!! Go you!!
I certainly plan to juice even after my reboot. I will definitely make it part of my new lifestyle. Thanks again for your kind words. I will read your comment every time I feel disappointed or upset!
Take care and good luck with everything!!!
