I woke up and had the hot lemon water that is on the plan. This is ok...kinda boring but refreshing so I can live with this one.For breakfast this morning I had the "Carrot Apple Ginger" juice. I am not a big fan out ginger at all but I really enjoyed this one. I think I put slightly less ginger in it than I was supposed to but i'm pretty sure it's ok. Any more ginger and I would not have liked it! I had this at 9.30am
For my "Morning Snack" I had coconut water.....Morning snack?? Ok Ok lets call it that for now but after a few days I am probably gonna be offended at the sound of that! Never had coconut water before and it was really good! Very simple and refreshing! Yum!.....Morning Snack.....pffft! I had this at 11am and still felt pretty good
For lunch, which I had at 1pm, I had the Joe's Mean Green juice which was not that great but still drinkable! I did not add the celery because I hate the stuff...anything with the slightest taste of celery in it would end up down the sink for me!
Im still feeling pretty good by this point although I feel my energy levels dropping slightly. I feel tired and I think a headache is creeping in on me too : / It is almost 3.30pm and I am about to have my afternoon snack which will be the Carrot Apple Ginger Juice which I had for breakfast. I am not really feeling hungry at all. In fact I still feel pretty full from my lunch Juice!
I am trying to drink water as I know its very important when doing any diet. I usually drink about 3-6 500ml bottles every day. However since all I have been drinking IS liquid I am finding it a little more difficult to drink my water. I am on my second bottle of the day! I think I will find it hard to keep up with water on this particular diet.
Ok I am going to drink my afternoon snack...... I will check in at night to let you know how I have felt throughout my first day!
